Due to our food is constantly industrialized, vitamins and protein has losses their value. And, in many cases many foods being industrialized for the reason to ease marketing and distribution tasks, increase production and maximize profits.
Our food today is often highly processed before being sold to consumers. The multinational corporations (MNC) and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) have controlled the entire food production and change the way food is produced. Moreover, food industry has been concentrating rapidly. To meet their capitalist requirements, they built the era of industrialized food. However, according to a research, there are 25 world's biggest food companies not taking health seriously enough.
