Introduction
Food can be defined as any substance eaten to provide nutritional support for body. It is usually composed primarily carbohydrates, fats, water, protein and so on, that can be eaten or drunk. Generally, foods that we eat are almost come from animal, plant and various edible fungi. For example, meat, milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits, seeds, mushrooms and many others are the important sources of food.

Foods are eaten to promote growth, to supply force and heat, and to furnish material to repair the waste which frequently taking place in the body. The early food processing techniques were limited by the available food preservation, packaging and transportation. At that time, food processing mainly involved salting, sun drying, curdling and pickling. For example, cheese is one of the early processed foods. 
Other than that, healthy diet is very important as well because majority of people just eat what they like. To maintain balance diet, we can follow the image beside by eating more vegetable, fruit, bread and cereals. People in UK have 1 in 3 chance of developing cancer in their life therefore eating a healthy diet can reduce risk of having heart disease or cancer.
