Kentucky Fried Chicken the world famous restaurant moreover, business Week magazine, Kentucky Fried Chicken is rated at number 60 as the world famous brand. During Asian Economic Crash in 1997 to 2002, United State had an unemployment rate of 25% of his population which mean that many shop and company closed down at that time. Harland Sanders, person that started Kentucky fried chicken start to experimenting with various ingredients to get the best formula for his recipe at that time. He completed his recipe in 1939 and expanded his restaurant to 142 seats which the size is same as several tennis courts. He share his recipes by introduce franchise system and finally earn billion of dollar each year.
However, every success comes with an ugly truth. According to a recent study done by University of New Hampshire , they found the reason Kentucky Fried Chicken changed their name to KFC. It is not because the 'FRIED' food issue, the reason they changed the name is because they can't use the word chicken anymore because they do not use real chickens.
There so called chicken are kept alive by inserted blood and nutrients into their bodies to support their structure. Their bone is shrunk to get more meat and they have no beaks, no feathers, and no feet to reduce production cost because they don't need to pluck and remove their beaks and feather.
According to a research and some digging, the samples which provided by a KFC employee who provided them a samples of the chicken prove that the meat was not chicken after tested by Brandin University . Some of the genetic material seems to be from other animal such as, ostrich, turtle or even snake.
In conclusion, food industry increase productivity over the global, but it brings along side effects to humans. Therefore, government should implement policy to control the limitation of industry chemical that apply on food. Seriouly, watch the video below and you'll know what i mean.
